A wine aficionado myself, I was delighted by the opportunity to explore the organic vegetable garden and vineyards at my leisure, immersing in the essence of Argentine viticulture.The restaurant, a culinary haven, curated an exquisite dining experience that highlighted the region's flavors. Each dish was a masterpiece, expertly showcasing the local produce and complemented by the entirely local wine list, a nod to Argentina's world-renowned viticulture.I found solace in the beautiful garden and swimming pool, the Andes mountains painting a breathtaking backdrop. While breakfast offerings were limited, the culinary prowess shone during the 5-course dinner. The house wine, "et cetera," was a delightful discovery, perfectly encapsulating the essence of Mendoza's terroir.Postales Hotel Boutique embodies Argentine hospitality, with the attentive team ensuring a memorable stay.
